Since 2015, IN MOTION AND MOMENTUM has been transforming lives in New-Brunswick. It is an innovative action-oriented program that supports individuals at a pre-employability stage of their careers. This strengths-based program is all about providing experiences and opportunities for those that may have experienced repeated setbacks with respect to traditional learning and/or work.  It helps them reconnect with their potential, take charge and live the life they want to live.

They are personal development and motivational programs from the Social Development Department delivered by the CBDC.

These programs are divided into three different modules: Module 1: IN MOTION, Module 2: MOMENTUM and Module 3: RECONNECT AND MAINTAIN THE MOMENTUM

“ Tout le monde s’est soutenu et avait droit à ses propres opinions. C’était un groupe diversifié qui n’a pas porté de jugement envers les autres. Tout le monde s’est senti accepté. ”

“ We should call this group: “Stuck in a rut anonymous” We are all in the same position, we were lost, and we have forgotten who we really were. Now I can see myself doing what I want to do ”

Since 2015, more than 180 clients have participated in the modules.
