CBDC Hants-Kings is offering four introductory small business workshops in January:

- SOCIAL MEDIA: CONTENT CREATION with Rachael McBay on Jan 17 or 19
- ESSENTIAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR BUSINESS OWNERS with Mary Jane Copps, The Phone Lady on Jan 24 or 26

ESSENTIAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

This class focuses on how to communicate with both customers and potential customers. It will cover phone, email, text, and video communication as well as listening skills. We'll also look at the importance of proactive vs reactive communication. You will be provided with an e-book on the importance of creating a follow-up process.
