ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We will be holding our Annual General Meeting this year via conference call due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To receive the conference call details, please register by sending an email to geoff.knight@cbdc.ca by June 17, 2021.

Purpose:

• Election of Directors for the following areas:
  • Sector 1 – St. Andrews
  • Sector 4 – Deer Island
  • Sector 6 – Rothesay
  • Sector 7 – St. Martins
• To receive financial statements for year end March 31, 2021, and the Auditors report thereon;
• To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

Anyone interested in serving on the Board of Directors from the above noted areas should contact the Executive Director (geoff.knight@cbdc.ca) no later than June 17, 2021.
