NOBL delivers the Self Employment Benefits program on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia in both Colchester and Pictou Counties. The program offers income support for business planning and start-up for a maximum of 40 weeks. This program provides counselling support and business management training for eligible starting entrepreneurs.
