At just 15 years old, Jaden Melvin is making a remarkable impact in his community through Melvin’s Mini Museum, a charming space in Bauline devoted to preserving the rich history of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The museum is filled with artifacts, antiques, and stories that connect generations, inviting locals and visitors alike to step back in time, reminisce, and share memories with future generations. Jaden has dedicated countless hours to researching the history behind his pieces, sourcing new treasures, and restoring old make-and-break engines to working condition. His passion for history, paired with a natural gift for storytelling, makes every visit both engaging and memorable. Now in its third season, Melvin’s Mini Museum continues to grow, drawing visitors from across the province and beyond.
