Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of business-minded individuals from the local community, Coastal Business CBDC is deeply rooted in the region it serves.
CBDCs across Nova Scotia collaborate through the Provincial and Atlantic Associations, sharing best practices, promoting entrepreneurship, and delivering impactful regional initiatives.

The CBDC Youth Loan offers up to $150,000 in financing for rural Atlantic Canadian entrepreneurs aged 18–34 to support business startup, expansion, or modernization while fostering employment and economic growth in their communities.
