The Atlantic Association of Community Business Development Corporations (AACBDCs) invites qualified firms or consultants to submit proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for consulting services to support the planning and execution of an Atlantic Canada In‑Market Mission in Germany, scheduled for March 2027.

As part of this assignment, the selected consultant will be responsible for leveraging the DSEI Germany 2027, taking place in Hannover, Germany from March 9–12, 2027, by coordinating targeted one-on-one business meetings for each Atlantic province. The consultant will organize a minimum of 20 meetings per province, taking advantage of the presence of relevant companies and stakeholders attending the event.

DSEI Germany 2027 will serve as the anchor event for the in-market mission.

In addition to conference-based engagement, the Consultant will be required to undertake targeted lead generation and meeting coordination activities beyond DSEI. This may occur within Hannover, in another German city, or in a nearby country, to be determined in collaboration with the project team.

The Consultant must demonstrate the ability to generate and secure qualified meetings from both DSEI participants and non-DSEI companies, ensuring a strong and diversified pipeline of investment leads across all in-market activities.
